So this purchase has been a long time coming, I have been eyeing up these Bowers & Wilkins P5's  for a while now. The only thing that was stopping me was the price tag as they are quite an expensive product. However in their defence they are worth every penny, in my opinion these are the best sounding over-ear headphones available. I'm not a big fan of noise cancelling headphones as they make me feel weird and off balance, they're just not for me. For over ear headphones the P5's hardly leak any noise, even at high levels. Also whether you have the volume high or low the quality of sound is just delightful. If you're a sound quality snob like me and do a bunch of video editing, video watching and music listening these should be right up your street.

Here's the bit you've been waiting for, they retail at £250, but I was lucky enough to snag them for £150 and if you've watch my video from Toronto: Toronto Day 1 then you will know that I got invited to Heathrow Airport T5 to check out the retail experience there, which was great! They gave me a £100 to spend and I didn't spend it. So at the airport on the way to Canada with Louis I took the plunge and bought them. These really are a great pair of headphones and I'm so happy with them, I would have definitely paid the full price for them, I will be using them for years to come. Bowers & Wilkins have also just released the P7's an over ear model which are more expensive and I haven't had the chance to check them out yet.

I hope you enjoyed this quick review and if you are looking for a extremely good pair of headphones, hopefully this has been helpful.

I've got a new playlist of the month post coming up and a shirt of the month post too, so keep an eye out for those!

Steve.
