Two very good friends of mine Jake and Bas and I wanted to get together for a little adventure around London. We ended up heading West  to check out an awesome book store we had heard of called Daunt Books. We first stopped for a spot of coffee and cake in The Natural Kitchen which was just up the road; this place is brilliant and the coffee and cake were delicious! Even though it was a little fresh we stayed layered up and  opted to sit outside to people watch, which I would highly recommend. Daunt Books has to be one of my favourite book shops I've ever visited, even if you're not a reader just visiting it for the interior will be a treat. I went for two penguin books called Buttoned-Up and The Clouded Mirror, both of which are short reads but fantastic. I think it's important to make the time to spend days like this with friends and enjoy catching up.
